SWANA submitted comments to US EPA on its Biennial Waste Characterization Report

SWANA made a number of recommendations which included tracking additional materials such as construction and demolition debris, yard waste, electronics and food waste. Also SWANA suggested that EPA reconcile their estimates for national waste generation and disposal quantities with data obtained from real-world measurements.  Read the letter here.
