The Ohio Buckeye Chapter of SWANA is offering the Manager of Landfill Operations course in Defiance, Ohio at the Defiance County Emergency Management Agency Conference Center from March 21 - 23, 2011.  The Certification Test will be offered at the same location on March 24, 2011.
